Listello Account Deletion

Listello provides an in-app account deletion option. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.

1. How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Listello app.
2. Go to the account/settings screen.
3. Use the delete account action.
4. Confirm the deletion request in the app.

If you cannot access the app, contact valeyrix.studio@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account where possible.

2. What Data Is Deleted

When account deletion is processed, account-linked data may be deleted or permanently anonymized, including:

• account profile data,
• checklists and checklist items linked to the account,
• shared checklist membership data linked to the account,
• AI usage counters and associated account-level records.

3. What May Be Retained

Limited data may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or security.

4. Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. You must manage cancellation through your store account if needed.
