Listello Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the Listello mobile app. The app is provided by IBRAHIM BUCAKLI. Contact: valeyrix.studio@gmail.com.
1. Data We Collect
Account Data
- user ID and account identifiers,
- sign-in data from Google or Apple,
- display name, email address, and invite code,
- device-related identifier used for sync/account handling.
Checklist and Collaboration Data
- checklists, titles, checklist items, quantities, and notes,
- shared checklist membership data and member display names,
- list-sharing actions performed through invite code flows.
Subscription Data
- premium status,
- subscription status, plan code, and subscription update information,
- purchase restore-related status information.
AI and Voice Data
- text prompts submitted for AI checklist generation,
- recognized text derived from voice input,
- AI-generated checklist output,
- token usage counters used for AI usage limiting.
Device and Preference Data
- language preference,
- theme preference,
- voice parsing preference,
- locally stored app data needed for app operation.
2. How We Use Data
- to authenticate users and manage accounts,
- to save, sync, and restore checklist data,
- to enable shared checklist and collaboration features,
- to determine premium access,
- to operate purchase and restore flows,
- to provide AI-assisted checklist generation and AI-assisted voice parsing,
- to enforce technical and usage limits,
- to respond to account deletion requests,
- to maintain security, integrity, and functionality of the app.
3. Voice and AI Processing
The app can request microphone and, on iOS, speech recognition permissions when you use voice input. Voice functionality may involve on-device or platform-level speech recognition. When AI-assisted parsing or AI-generated checklist features are used, text content may be sent to backend services for processing. Based on the current app implementation, AI requests operate on text rather than raw audio files.
4. Third-Party Services
The app may use the following third-party services:
- Supabase for authentication, data storage, database, and backend functions,
- Google and Apple for sign-in flows,
- Adapty for subscription and premium status infrastructure,
- Google GenAI / Gemini-based infrastructure for AI processing.
5. Data Sharing
Data may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the app. Shared checklist content and certain member information may be visible to users who are members of the same shared checklist.
Data may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer.
6. Data Retention
Some app data may remain stored locally on your device. Account-based data may be retained on remote infrastructure for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against abuse.
7. Account Deletion
Account deletion is available in the app settings, you can request deletion through the app settings. You may also contact valeyrix.studio@gmail.com for help. See the Account Deletion page for details.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data. However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
9. Children
The app is not intentionally directed to children. If you believe personal data of a child was provided, contact valeyrix.studio@gmail.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
