Listello Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern use of the Listello mobile application. By using Listello, you agree to these Terms. The app is provided by IBRAHIM BUCAKLI. Contact: valeyrix.studio@gmail.com.
1. Scope of the Service
Listello is a checklist application that allows users to create and manage lists, add checklist items, use account-based sync, share lists with other users, access premium features, and use AI-assisted text and voice-based checklist generation features.
2. Accounts and Access
Some features may be available without sign-in, while others require an account. You may sign in using supported third-party identity providers, including Google and Apple. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the app to:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights,
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems,
- abuse, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service,
- submit harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive content,
- misuse collaboration or invite features for spam or harassment.
4. User Content
You are responsible for the checklist content, notes, prompts, and other content you create or submit through the app. You retain your rights in your content, but you grant the limited rights needed to host, process, sync, and display that content for operation of the service.
If you use shared checklist features, content and certain member information may be visible to other users who have access to that checklist.
5. AI Features
AI features generate automated output based on text you provide, including prompts and voice-derived text. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before using them.
6. Subscriptions and Premium Features
Some features are available only through premium access. In-app purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are governed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play rules and your store account terms.
7. Service Availability and Changes
The service may be updated, modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. Features may change to comply with technical, policy, or legal requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
The software, branding, interface, and service components of Listello are owned by or licensed to IBRAHIM BUCAKLI. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the app.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages are excluded.
10. Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated if these Terms are violated, misuse is detected, or suspension is required by law or platform policy. You may also delete your account from within the app where that feature is available.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
